Strategic Overview

YEAR 2026
APPROACH

Our mission is to systematically embed AI capabilities into the DNA of the Edward Jones account. By transforming our people, processes, and tools, we will move from ad-hoc experimentation to scalable, measurable business value.

2026 Key Targets

  • 30% Reduction in regression effort

  • 10% Cycle time improvement

  • 10+ Scalable AI accelerators

01

Vision & Scope

Enable all 800 associates (Dev, QA, BA, SM, DM) with role-based AI capabilities. Transform delivery culture to be "AI-First," ensuring every project achieves specific maturity levels (L1–L3) to drive faster, safer outcomes.

02

Capability Framework

Implement a structured L0–L5 Proficiency Model ranging from safe usage to Principal AI Leadership. Drive certification and continuous learning to bridge the skills gap and identify true AI Champions.

03

Operational Excellence

Establish a Central AI Office to govern tool usage (EliteA, GHC, AQA), manage the Use-Case Funnel, and ensure alignment with Edward Jones security and compliance standards.

04

Outcome-Driven Execution

Shift focus from "activity" to "value." Measure success through tangible business KPIs: reduced defects, faster cycle times, and cost efficiencies, supported by a rigorous reporting framework.
